Here’s a brief introduction to the designer:

“Alexandra Reboul began her education in fashion as a young girl immersed in a Franco-American lifestyle. Dividing her time between New York City and France, she observed the careful balance of femininity and sensibility in the way women dressed. Her education continued at prestigious design institutes such as FIT, RISD, Parsons Paris and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. Alexandra went on to work with such masters as Oscar de la Renta and Diane von Furstenberg. She learned that with great attention to fit and style, the right dress could make a woman feel beautiful, feminine and powerful. Alexandra Reboul launched her namesake collection in 2015. Much like her own experience with fashion, the collections of Alexandra Reboul seek to be highly collaborative – drawing inspiration from a unique featured artist each season.”

Her ready-to-wear collections “offer an unprecedented collaboration of fashion and art – drawing inspiration and direction from a unique featured artist each season. Exclusively designed prints and palettes add modern distinction to timeless silhouettes. The look is fresh, creative and inherently feminine.” Her 2016 collection conjures up a vision of wearable art. All of her pieces are made in New York City from textiles sourced in France and Italy.

Travel in Style

When you travel, you want to be comfortable and stylish. It’s not always an easy thing to do, but Anatomie’s travel line makes it easy to do both. Kate and Shawn Boyer are the brainchild behind Anatomie, a designer fashion brand. The collection was created with today’s travel women in mind and encompasses the areas of high-performance wear to modern designer travel wear, as well as sportswear. Kate describes her creations as sophisticated and sexy, just like the women who wear them. Anatomie’s collection draws inspiration from the most highly-regarded European fashion houses, and is designed to flatter the female form in a way that bespeaks class, elegance and style.

Anatomie’s formative period dates back nearly a decade to the time when Kate traveled from her native Hungary to the southern French town of Montpelier to pursue an MBA in International Trade. It was there that the former gymnast secured a position as a fitness instructor as a means to finance her university degree. Kate then began training a group of teenage girls for the French Aerobic Championships, which is a highly coveted title they won and held for three consecutive years. For competitions, Kate outfitted her young gymnasts in attire she had designed initially to wear herself.

Kate and Shawn first met in Miami, where he was designing fashion apparel for hard-to-fit athletic men. The creative couple has since designed collections for Elite Models, Fashion Sport, Cigarette Offshore Racing, and Lamborghini just to name just a few.

Anatomie’s guiding philosophy has always been functional fashion. The foundation of their collection is high-performance designer French and Italian fabrics that are durable enough to meet the demands of extreme sports. Anatomie translates those fabrics into a sophisticated sexy silhouette that is minimalist, durable and ultra-modern.

This spring, Joseph Wendt Custom Clothiers will carry Anatomie, the exclusive travel-wear line of NetJets. Anatomie was created specifically with today’s traveling women in mind. The designer travel line was founded on the principle that Anatomie’s travel clothes “travel” better than any other clothes. Made from the finest French and Italian fabrics, Anatomie’s clothes are machine washable, wrinkle free, and never fade.

“I think this line is perfect for the women of Naples who are always on the go,” says Joseph Wendt. “Whether they’re jetting off to Europe or the east coast, Anatomie offers comfortable everyday designer clothes that women can feel great wearing.”

Wendt says for the charmingly easy-going girl, the Abbe Leather Jacket (top right) is a great choice. This travel jacket offers a perforated design that goes perfect with wanderlusts who loves visiting metropolitan areas. Add this in your luggage if you’re spending Spring in New York or Paris. The leather material is lightweight, bringing you comfort in mobility and movement. Plus, it’s just a chic thing to wear on cool weather nights!
